We work to describe our products and prices accurately, but we don't warrant that every detail is error-free. Colors may vary slightly between screens. Products are offered in limited quantities and may sell out; we may correct errors, change prices, or limit quantities at any time.

The Elevate name, logo, designs, graphics, and store content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the store — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
