Refund policy

We want you in the right fit. You can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How it works

• Exchanges, and wrong or defective items — we cover return shipping. Email us and we'll send a prepaid label.
• Change-of-mind returns — we'll refund your purchase to the original payment method; the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
• Drop items are final sale unless they arrive defective — our limited drops are made in small runs and aren't restocked.

Starting a return or exchange

Email hello@shopelev8apparel.com with your order number and we'll get you a return label and instructions. Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected at our California warehouse — please allow a few business days for the refund to post to your account after we receive it.
