How to Measure

Chest — Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal and level across your back.

Waist — Measure around your natural waist, about one inch above your belly button.

Hips — Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Inseam — Measure from the crotch seam down to the ankle along the inside of the leg.
