Sizing & Products
How do Elevate pieces fit?
It depends on the piece. Most of our tees have a relaxed, slightly oversized cut, so size down if you want a closer fit. The crop is fitted, and the baggy pant is meant to sit loose. Every product page lists fit notes and full measurements for that specific item.
When in doubt, size up. Exchanges are easy, and our Size Guide has the numbers for every piece.
Will these shrink or fade after washing?
No, and that's by design. Our tees are garment-dyed 100% cotton, pre-shrunk to keep their shape and color wash after wash. The hoodies and sweats are heavyweight 100% cotton or cotton-rich blends built to last.
Wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low, skip the bleach, and don't iron directly over a printed graphic. Do that and the piece will outlast most of what's in your gym bag.
Shipping & Returns
What's your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start, and we'll email you a return label. Exchanges, and anything that arrives defective or wrong, ship back on us; for a refund, return shipping comes out of the refunded amount.
Drop items are final sale unless they arrive defective. They're limited runs, so we can't restock or swap them.
When will my order ship and arrive?
Orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 1–2 business days from our California warehouse, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as yours is on the way.
Standard US delivery runs about 3–7 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $100; under that, standard rates are calculated at checkout.
Drops & Discounts
How often do you drop new collections?
New drops hit every month, but we don't announce the exact date ahead of time. That's part of the fun. Join the early-access list in the footer and you'll hear before anyone else.
Do Elevate drops restock?
No. Drops are limited runs, and the number on the product page is the number we made. Once they're gone, they're gone.
If a colorway or style gets enough demand it might return in a future drop, but there are no guarantees. Join the early-access list in the footer to be first to know.

Is Elevate related to ELEV8 Fitness?
Yes. Elevate grew out of ELEV8 Fitness, a gym with two locations in California's Central Valley. The apparel line is its own brand, though: a national lifestyle label for anyone who trains, not just our members. Built for the gym, worn everywhere else.
How is Elevate different from other activewear brands?
Elevate isn't gym merch. The pieces are made to move from a training session into the rest of your day: minimal branding, clean cuts, and heavyweight fabrics that hold their shape. Designed in California, made for real use.
If you've ever wanted activewear that doesn't look like activewear, that's the idea.
